Having trouble accessing expereoOne? Use the guidance below to resolve common activation, password and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) issues.
Activation
I haven't received my account activation email. What should I do?
When your expereoOne account is created, you will receive an activation email with instructions to activate your account.
If you haven't received the email:
- Check your Spam or Junk Email folder.
- Check whether your organisation's email security or filtering system has quarantined the message.
- Search your mailbox for emails from no-reply@expereo.com.
- If you still cannot find the email, contact your expereoOne administrator and ask them to resend your activation email. Administrators with User Management access can resend activation emails.
Important: Activating your account is required before you can use the password reset process.
My activation link has expired. How can I activate my account?
For users signing in with an expereoOne password, the activation email expires after 7 days.
If you haven't activated your account within this period:
- Contact your expereoOne administrator.

- Follow the instructions in the new email to activate your account.
An administrator with User Management access can resend the activation email from User Management.
