The user has not activated their account within 7 days, what can I do as an admin?

Follow these steps to resend activation email:
Step 1: Navigate to User Management
- Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select User Management.
Step 2: Search the user
Search the user with an email address (preferred) or with name. Via the options menu (3 dots) on the user’s card. choose option 'Resend activation email'.
The user will receive a new activation email within a few minutes. Again, the activation link is valid for for 7 days.
