The user has not activated their account within 7 days, what can I do as an admin?

If the user has not activated their account within 7 days, you can resend the activation email by following the steps below:

  • Hover over the gear icon at the top right side of the screen and navigate to your profile
  • Select the manage users’ item from the menu on the left
  • Find the user that you need to resend the activation email to
  • Click the edit button on the right side of the screen
  • Select ‘resend activation email’

The user will receive a new activation email within a few minutes. The link is live for just 7 days. Please inform the user of this.
