Permission-based Access
When adding a new user, you can select from the permissions as shown in the matrix underneath. These permissions determine the features accessible to the user in expereoOne. By default, all users have 'Sites & Services (View)' permission.
Existing users have been assigned equivalent permissions based on their previous roles. Former ‘Manager’ users get additional permission for ‘Developer Portal (API).’
Note: If you have been using expereoOne for some time, you are likely familiar with the concept of 'Roles.' These roles have now been replaced with permissions, providing greater flexibility in assigning permissions based on individual user needs.
