How do I reset my password if I forgot it?
If you forgot your password, then you can reset it by using 'Forgot Password' link on the Login page. Enter your email address that you use to login in and you'll receive an email with a link to reset the password.
What should I do if I don't receive the password reset email?
Please contact your company admin, as they have the option to reset password for all users from the User Management section. If you are unsure of the right contact within your organization, reach out to your Customer Success Manager for the relevant information.
