What will be different?

The launch of digital case management will mean a number of changes to expereoOne’s support service experience and functionality:

  1. A completely digital experience: Case creation and management will happen end-to-end within the expereoOne platform.
  2. Updated interface: An enhanced view of each case will allow for an easy overview of all communication events, timelines, contacts, files, and key details. The new interface will give you an immediate insight into the current status of your case and will inform you about the next action taken.
  3. New notification preferences: When you create a case digitally in expereoOne, you will no longer receive email updates for every development and action. Instead, a push notification will tell you when there is an update in expereoOne on your case. This means less noise in your inbox. You can adjust whether you receive browser push or email notifications in our new preferences center.
  4. Flexible contact management: You will be able to change who can see case updates throughout the resolution process via the “Watchers” functionality. Watchers will be notified about all case updates for that case. Watchers can be expereoOne users or non-expereoOne users.
