Monitoring tooling will be installed at the customer site, this lets you see the status of the internet access depending on the NTU. An IP address is assigned to it, which delivers performance data responses to the Expereo monitoring system.
If you are not able to view utilization on your services, this would mean that the NTU does not support this feature, which is common for broadband services.
