What basic checks can I do before reporting a case to Expereo Support?

If you are reporting a service down or degradation of service, we recommend you perform the following checks in advance:
- Power check: does your reported location (site) have power and is the equipment (CPE) powered-up?
- Network cabling check: is all cabling connected in the right order and via the correct ports?
- Power cycle network devices: reboot any devices that may be failing
- Photo of the equipment: if possible, attach a photo that shows the device’s connections and LEDs
