Overview of Fixed Internet Delivery Process

We understand that getting your order delivered is an exciting step, and the time it takes can vary based on several factors like the location of the site, local regulations, access requirements, the specifics of the product ordered, and the performance of our suppliers. To keep you in the loop, we've outlined the journey your order will take, especially when it comes to dedicated or broadband internet services.
Here's a snapshot of the nine key stages your order will go through:
Order Confirmation: As soon as we receive your order, our Service Delivery Manager kicks things off with some initial checks to ensure everything is set for a smooth process.
Site Questionnaire: For certain regions, we'll need some details about your site. We'll send over a questionnaire for the local contact person to fill out. This helps us tailor our service to your specific needs.
Order Placement with Supplier: We officially place your order with our trusted supplier to start the ball rolling.
Supplier Site Survey: Depending on the need, our supplier might conduct a site survey either remotely or in person. We aim to have a report ready within 10-15 working days following the site visit, giving us insights into any special requirements.
Line Installation: This stage might involve obtaining necessary permits, securing approvals, and carrying out any external construction work or internal cabling needed for your line installation.
Equipment Installation: We install the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) required to get your service up and running.
Handover from Supplier: The supplier provides us with the initial handover details, which we thoroughly verify for accuracy.
Ready for Service: Once everything checks out, Expereo confirms that the service is active and shares the final handover document with you.
We're here to ensure that each step of this journey is handled with care, keeping you updated and informed along the way. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to bringing connectivity right to where you need it.
