How can I view all my open cases?

From the homepage, navigate to ‘Support’ > ‘Cases’.

A list of all the open cases will be displayed.

 

 

You can use the filters or search to help you find a case easier.

  • Status - By default the support page will show you all open cases. You can select an individual Status ( eg Ongoing, Pending Your Reply, Solved) or simply show all Open or Closed cases. 
  • Type - Filter on the case type
  • Subject - Filter on the different case subjects (depends on the type)
  • Creation Date - Search based on the creation date of the case
  • Search - Use the search box to search a case based on the Case ID, Customer Case Reference, Type, Site Name and ID, Service Name, Service ID and Service Reference.
