How can I add new users as a manager?

Here are the steps you need to take to add an expereoOne user
- Click on your name on the top right section of the screen
- Select the ‘User Management’ item from the menu on the left
- Now you have two options
- Create an Normal User for your organization (My organization)
- Create a 'Delivery Account' user "Delivery Account" (learn more) - For that you need to select the option from the left menu
After you select whether you want normal user or the delivery account user, you can press the “Add New User” at the top. From there you can select whether you want a personal or group user to be created. Fill in the personal details of the user, and then limit the contract accounts the user has access to or restrict a user to a delivery account
Normal Users vs Delivery Account users
There are two buckets of users that can be created. Normal users would be the users within your organization that need access to everything within your organization or specific contract accounts.
Delivery account users on the other hand, only have access to specific delivery accounts. In order to be able to restrict a user to a delivery account you will have to go under User Management → Delivery Account from where you can view and create new users with access to a specific delivery account.
