The 'Reason For Outage' (RFO) is visible for incident cases on the Support page, to provide quicker access to outage reasons for better transparency and efficiency in managing incident cases:

The RFO will be available for ‘Incident Cases’ after case is ‘Closed’

The RFO is displayed on Case card and in Case details for all incident cases.
Note: if you require a detailed RFO with an in-depth explanation, you should ocntinue to follow the current procedures to obtain a comprehensive RFO report.
