What information is required to report a case?

The below details are required for swift case handling when creating a case
- Description - details of your enquiry and/or the technical issue you are experiencing
- Υour unique service Identifier (ORD-xxxxxxxx or SVC-xxxxxxxx) and site address
- Contact detail – your contact details – provide your full name, email address, and phone number
- Site contact – whether you are physically on location where the issue has been reported. If not, we will need an on-site local point of contact (LPOC) who can facilitate problem solving
- Your reference number - if you have an internal reference number, please share that with us to make it easier to track in your systems
